They are now facing Bankruptcy and Multiple Law Suits and Mechanic Liens and Civil Judgments. They are loosing there builders license next month as well they have some 50+ different LLC's and LP's in addition to Inc's. They are the subject of many new legal actions and thus are selling there assets and transferring them to associates in hopes of avoiding seizure. That is one of the many problems they are facing.

They have committed some serious Criminal Acts from Bank Fraud and Loan Fraud to just plain old lying cheating and scamming investors and owners of there projects. Yes, I full agree they are going to be put away and their lawyer told a group recently Hertel and Fowler are indeed going to go bankrupt.
