Developer to repair Nipomo homes

Well count your blessing's that your builder is doing the correct thing. RW Hertel & Sons has failed year after year in the New Rancho Obispo Development in SLO all the homes are defective most have MOLD and the builder has lied and cheated and covered up since they were built. It took numerous Federal and State Complaints to finally get some action. Then the builder sued us owner's for filing complaints about his defective building. So use caution if you ever buy a Hertel home and find Mold or defects he will sue you for asking him to fix them. Two years later they still are NOT fixed so off to court we shall go.

Time will tell, but what you have is builders who LIE, CHEAT and SCAM us owners. Why would it take so much money and time to get what should have been a properly built home in the first place ? People at Rancho Obispo in SLO have been waiting for over two years to get the New Homes they bought fixed from Leaks, Defects and Mold. It boils down to Greed and Fraud on behalf of the builders. RW Hertel has a long History of building sub-standard homes and has lawsuits and State Complaints State wide.. so much for Honest Builders RW Hertel is NOT Honest or Reliable.

Hertel and MOLD & LEAKS seem to go together once again at 1708 Farrier Ct., SLO in the Rancho Obispo Development the workers replacing the leaking roofs caused a major Leak and they found more MOLD as well SERVPRO came said they ahve had to fix over 5 homes in the past year that had MOLD and Leaks so much for integrity

1965 Devaul Ranch another RW Hertel Leaking Mold and Mildew home is going to cover it up ! Since the owner can not afford to hire a Lawyer. Shame on Hertel Max said he was told to NOT reveal the leaks and mold to the owners once more a Hertel Scam and Fraud.

More Fraud with RW Hertel now he lost out on low income homes in Arroyo Vista Down in Dublin, CA so be warned more homes in Rancho Obispo have been found with MOLD 1965 DeVaul Rancho and more are found to be defecitve all over the state.. even at his new El Jardin at Las Lomas in Atascadero, CA 50% thus far are defective !!

the builder of my house is Makani Joe President Inc.
they did a terrible job- i shouldn't be having all this leaks considering house is 3 years old-

i replaced roof/also put silicon on the brick wall/ also put a thorocoat on the foundation cement/ still leaks when raining-

nyc is full of contractors that i have dealt with don't know anything and they just took my money and did a poor job- they are all incompetent- how did they get the license is to practice os mistery.

Thanks, I see too they changed the name of there sign on 101 N in San Luis Obispo they dropped RW Hertel from the homes they built in Atascadero, EL JARDIN at Las Lomas now it is www.laslomashomes.com but it is still a RW Hertel built problem so do not be fooled by the new sign leaving Hertel off it since his reputation is in the Mud, his homes in Rancho Obispo are leaking again after he was ordered to put new NON leaking roofs on them they are once again leaking and creating MOLD

Yes, now we know why at the crack of dawn at 1753 Singletree Ct., SLO Hertel was breaking up the foundations why one would ask ?? the homes are sinking into the unpacked ground the Builder taking short cuts failed to properly compack the dirt and failed to ensure the ground was done correct it was not now they are being forced to re-do it and add new dirt and concrete to a sinking foundation more Defective homes by RW Hertel this will cause leaks and more MOLD
