Who but a expert economist, could have figured out that there is a glut of new housing to be sold. And I thought it was just a bad market. Now if only these economic genius's could persuade the stupid builders to stop building.

For me, this story in this news article is great news!!......As the effects of the terrible hardships from owning, maintaining, and operating auto vehicles continue to rise it energizes even FURTHER my idea for getting rid of auto vehicles. We will be safer, wealthier, healthier, and happier.
