If you sell the country or part of it, it could still be hot but bad for the country.
Jul 8, 2008
Tourism, offshoring and onshoring are driving the property market in the Philippines to the top of real estate investors' list, an executive of a global property consulting and research firm said.
Trent Frankum, general manager of the Philippine office of CB Richard Ellis Group (CBRE), a Los Angeles-headquartered real estate adviser to investors and occupiers, spoke about the topic, "The Philippines – the hottest market in Southeast Asia," during the Investment and International Property Expo in Hong Kong last June.
In the audience were property experts and investors from featured property experts and investors from global companies headquartered in Asia, Australia, and the UK.

Good to see. Of course, the aliens like to go to the Philippines. It is a beautiful country and its people so friendly and polite. They are beautiful and always helpful.
Come there very often and are each time just thrilled. It is cheap to live in the Philippines for foreigners. It is a beautiful country. And I like the people there. Thanks for your hospitality. |
Jane, stop acting so patriotic. It doesn’t sound realistic. We need help okay. We want them to invest here. |
Don't look it this way Jane. It's great when people will invest in your country. All countries, including the entire West sells land / houses / apartments to strangers. It promotes international understanding. So think it's good for the people and for your country, so it is all over the world, and it's good we can make each other by. It's a part of the globalisation and part of understanding each other with different culture. |

high five! |
too much eggpie my friend, can coz severe hallucinations. poor road network, 3rd world infrastructure, high crime rate. the only thing that could make it a good place to invest is the cost. a governement housing unit in singapore is at least 6 million pesos. it's only a condo, in phil you can have a bungalow in the prov.
you're in love with singapore i know. stay there. but us here struggling filipinos will still make the most of what we got. this is a beautiful country and this is my home. |
my relatives and friends are in the phil., why wouldn't i like the phi. to improve. i am thankful singapore gave me a second home. it's just the phi gov is trying to fool everyone. is it not enough yet?
everyone??? what are you? nuts? you can't put all the blame to the government. each of us has a role to play in nation building.
yes everyone has a role but it has to start on top. if not all the hardwork will just be for the ones in power.
no you're wrong. it has to start within yourself.
thanks for your martyrdom. btw why change your name, senseless is much better.
thanks. i love eggpie more. delicious. |
martyrdom? martyrs are dead or get killed. either way, none fits me. sorry pal, i been away from here for quite a long while only to disappointedly find out that you still think as a snail. |
tell that to your idol , gloria!
she's not my idol stubborn snail. |
i dont think so talangka, you kept on defending her then you tell me, she is not your idol.
i'm not defending her. it's just that i don't hate her either. is that a problem? is not hating her synonymous with liking her? all i am saying is, we can't always be a complainer and always put the blame to someone or something. things are just messed up that even the holiest cannot fix. |
now you admit that things are messed up that even the holiest cannot fix. how can you expect change to come from lowly individuals when in fact you admit we are in a stage of helplessness. you are back to your senseless self, that name really suits you best. you are a double talk piece of magpie. posting for the sake of arguing without conscience and without sense.
too much conviction and righteousness fixes nothing. instead of complaining, why not help? that's very sensible. right? you won't agree becoz whining is what you do best. |
