Why dont the Sox bring up Brad Eldred he is hitting. Couldnt they use him since the team isnt hitting that much

He's not on the 40 man protected roster and that would mean that the Sox would have to move someone off that list I'm not saying having Eldred come up is a bad idea, hell if Konerko's gonna keep jammin his hand and either fly out or hit a week grounder, I'd rather it be Eldred than him!
